Warranty

Our watches are built to last. This is why Champlain watches are tested to make sure they function properly. Nevertheless, our watches come with a limited two year warranty and in this way you can feel confident about the quality of your watch.

Champlain watches are warranted to the original owner against defects for two years. If a watch fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense. The customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.

The Champlain warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from mistreatment or improper use
• Wear and tear from normal use and ageing of accessories
• Battery, strap, crown, glass

Champlain won’t honour the warranty if the watch hasn’t been purchase on Champlain's official website or Champlain's official Amazon CA store. You must keep all documentation and the receipt of purchase for your warranty to be valid.
